bedrooms,  
3 bath townhome boasting private stairs to the beach, oceanfront  
views, oceanfront pool and jacuzzi! Only one block to Moonlight  
Beach! Includes a two car tandem garage, pedestrian and vehicle  
security gates. I have 3 of these units, so if this one is booked on

Wonderful ocean views from the Living Room, Dining, Master Bedroom  
and deck. All doors and windows are mahogany, and the top floor has  
soaring rough hewn cedar ceilings. Very well appointed and 2 wood  
burning fireplaces. 
This gorgeous unit is adjacent to the Historic Pacific Coast Highway  
Beach Business District and is immediately proximate to the white  
sandy beaches of Moonlight State Beach with permanent lifeguard  
headquarters, tennis court, modern tot lot, cencession stand, fire  
rings, showers and public restrooms. 
Moonlight Beach is the focal point of all summer activities in the  
city of Encinitas. Indisputably the finest location for a resort  
property within city limits! 
Large free form swimming pool, 8 person jacuzzi spa, striking "Old  
World" Spanish architecture with very tropical grounds. 
Two master suites with private baths, and one additional bedroom and  
bath, large chef's kitchen includes high end appliances, a  
center island and Maytag Neptune washer and dryer. 
The western master bedroom, has an ocean view deck, King Bed,  
antique desk, phone, 25 ft ceiling and fireplace. The eastern master  
bedroom has city views, great morning sunshine, cable TV and phone,  
King bed, antique furnishings and 25 ft ceiling. Bedroom 3 has 2  
single sleigh beds, cable TV, a library, city views and 25 ft  
ceiling. 
Parking is a private 2 car tandem garage, includes boogie board,  
surf boards, universal weight machine up to 200 lbs., and heavy bag  
for kick boxing. Additional parking for guest in the courtyard.
