Vacation Rental Description

Looking for tranquility and a really awesome house? "It's Five 
O'Clock Somewhere" offers a wonderful way to relax and play on Lake 
Lanier. WE HAVE WATER!!!!!!!!!!!!!  

Serene, tranquil view of the lake from the 4 huge decks that 
stairstep down to the lake. Sunken hot tub on main deck is 
accessible from screened sliding patio door off family room and also 
from the master bedroom. 

 Master bedroom has a queen size bed, sitting area, television with 
VCR/DVD,  bookcase, walk in closet and private bath with shower, 
updated fixtures & makeup/dressing table.
 
Additional bedroom on main sleeps 4 with one double bed and one day 
bed with trundle. Separate bathroom located next to bedroom has 
linen closet, faux stained glass window and shower. 
  
Rocking chairs, hammocks and several sets of tables and chairs add 
to your enjoyment of the outdoors.  Outside speakers offer music and 
news if desired. 

Stroll down to the covered dock where you can bring your boat or jet 
skiis.  Secluded cove in deep water offers the feeling that all of 
the water is yours to enjoy because it is seldom traveled except by 
owners. Seating available upstairs on party deck and downstairs on 
main deck for fishing, viewing or picnicking.  Upstairs party deck 
has room sized gazebo for privacy and to get out of the sun but 
there is plenty of room for sunlovers with 4 lounge chairs and a 
table and 4 chairs set.  Downstairs deck has lounge swing to enjoy 
the view and to watch the kids.  Dock has ladder into the water and 
water trampoline to jump on.

House has many interesting rooms.  Family room has double trey 
ceiling panelled in wood, a large ceiling fan, a stone fireplace 
with low hearth, a wet bar with sink, screened doors to enjoy the 
breeze, great view of the water and the trees, sleeper sofa, leather 
sofa, recliner, entertainment center with television and CD, DVD, 
VCR stereo system with remotes.

Laundndry room is also located on the main floor with full size 
washer and dryer, ironing board and iron.

Upstairs is another family room/game room with full size billiards 
table, brick fireplace, mini ping pong table, fooz ball table, wet 
bar with sink and refrigerator, panelled vaulted ceiling, double 
ceiling fans, access to outside balcony with table and chair set and 
additional chairs to enjoy lake view, full bathroom with shower/tub 
combination, media area with entertainment center with cable 
television, sleeper sofa, 2 comfortable oversized chairs, and coffee 
table.

Additional bedroom upstairs has 2 twin beds and a day bed with a 
trundle, vaulted ceiling, ceiling fan, and walk in closet.

Bonus room over the garage has vaulted eiling, separate air 
conditioner, 2 twin beds, 1 day bed with trundle and lots of room 
for sleeping bags.  

Garage is a 2 car garage.  Outside driveway/garage pad has 
basketball goal and sitting area.  Walkways lead to the back yard 
from the front yard/garage.

Kitchen has updated appliances, breakfast bar w/ stools, screened 
porch to grill patio, window over the sink with lake view, vaulted 
ceiling and decorative brick wall, keeping room with seating.  
Appliances are microwave, dishwasher, oven and cooktop.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rental Rates: 
Nightly Prices range from $275 to $550 per night.  Please inquire about rates and availability. I 
keep a separate calendar from this site.
Weekly:$1800-$4000
Deposit: $400 refundable
Cleaning Fee: $125
Pet Fee: $200 non refundable per pet (pets are allowed on a case by 
case basis, please inquire about your pet).
County Hospitality Tax 12%
3 night minimum
Holidays are an extra charge....thanks for inquiring about our 
spacious home.
Check in Time is 5:00 (or earlier if we can accomodate you)
Check out Time is 12 noon.
