Tranquil & Serene in East Hampton

The house is located in the Northwest area of East Hampton near
Cedar Point Park. It sits on a hill where you'll enjoy your
privacy. The master bedroom has a king size bed & a bathroom. It
has a sliding door leading to the deck. The other 2 bedrooms have 2
twin size beds in each room & share a bathroom. There's a
generously sized dining room & kitchen. The spacious living room
has a sliding door leading to the patio. Enjoy taking a dip in the
heated pool with a waterfall or take a relaxing break in the hot tub
listening to the outdoor music.

Linens & towels are provided as well as dinnerware, glassware,
flatware, kitchen utensils, pots/pans; two TVs with cable; wireless
internet; central air; DVD player; VCR; indoor/outdoor stereo system
with iPod connection; 5-disc CD player. There's 2 tables with 2
umbrellas on the patio; Weber grill; beach umbrella & beach chairs;
hammock; washer/dryer; iron/ironing board; bikes

The bay is a 15 minute walk or a 5 minute bike ride.
Cedar Point Park - you can drive or ride the bike to the park.
There's a playground & trails for hiking.
Sammy's Beach - a 10 minute drive from the house. No parking fee.
Ocean beaches - Main Beach, Indian Wells Beach & Atlantic Beach.
Daily parking fee.

June - $2300.00 per week
July -   $2700.00per week
Aug. - $3400.00 per week
A minimum of 1 week is required. NO PROM RENTALS.  Minimum age limit for renters.
