The house is located in the Northwest area of East Hampton near
Cedar Point Park. It sits on a hill where you'll enjoy your complete
privacy. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a private bathroom &
a sliding door leading to the deck. The other 2 bedrooms have 2
twin size beds in each room & share a bathroom. There's a
generously sized dining room & kitchen. The spacious living room
has a sliding door leading to the patio. Enjoy taking a dip in the
heated pool with a waterfall or take a relaxing break in the hot tub
listening to the outdoor music.

Weekly cleaning included; linens & towels are provided as well as complete dinnerware, glassware, flatware, kitchen utensils, blenders, microwave, coffee maker, pots/pans; washer dryer;iron and ironing board
Two TVs with cable including HBO - a 42" HD with Bose surround & a 10" TV; wireless internet; central air; DVD player; great sounding indoor/outdoor music system with iPod connection; 5-disc CD player.
Outside there's tables chairs and lounges on the patio; Weber grill; hammock; outdoor lighting surrounds the pool area; 40 ft x 20 ft sun drenched kidney shaped pool (heated) with waterfall.
Bikes (4) and Kayaks (2 single use) are there for you.
If you want to go to the beach there are beach umbrella & beach chairs
There is a greenhouse to sit and enjoy your morning coffee or enjoy an evening cocktail on the deck right outside your matster bedroom.

This area is very wooded with large oak trees surrounding the property.
However the bay and the ocean are only short walks or drives away
The bay is a 10 minute walk or a 5 minute bike ride.
Cedar Point Park is nearby with hiking trails inside and nearby Sammy's Beach is
a 10 minute drive from the house.
Ocean beaches - Main Beach, Indian Wells Beach & Atlantic Beach.
Daily parking fee - Monday to Friday.
The town of East Hampton has great restaurants and quaint shops.
