Cleaning Fee $100.00. .  There is a $50 pet fee per pet, up to two pets are allowed.  Dogs must weight less than 40 lbs. each.  If any damage is done by your pet you will be expected to pay for it.

Venture Out charges a $50 registration fee which covers use of the pool,
jacuzzzi, boat ramp, bocce ball courts, tennis courts, etc. during your stay.
