1/2 of the rental fee and the security deposit are due upon booking.
The security deposit is $250.00. The security deposit is refundable as long
as there are no damages or extra cleaning or laundry required.
Cleaning Fee $100.00
Refundable pet fee: $100.00. This fee is refundable as no damage is done by your pet.
Venture Out charges a $50 registration fee which covers use of the pool,
jacuzzzi, boat ramp, bocce ball courts, tennis courts, etc. during your stay.
