Lake Haven in Keuka Lake

Lake Haven has been in the family for over 50 years and is
located on an acre of land on a small cove in a private area on
Keuka's most desireable east side, 3.5 miles south of Penn Yan. This
classic 1940's year-around lake home has panoramic views of Keuka
Lake and the vineyards and farms on Bluff Point across the lake, and
beautiful sunsets. The house is surrounded by green lawns and mature
shade trees and has 157 feet of prime, sunny beachfront. There is a
huge 30' x 40' sundeck over the boat house, and at the beach there is
access to a changing room and half bath in the boathouse.

The house is fully furnished, mostly with American antiques,
and includes a knotty pine paneled kitchen (includes dishwasher) and
breakfast area both with large sunny windows overlooking the lake;
large, cathedral ceiling, oak paneled living room with large, stone
fireplace; entry/sitting room with stone fireplaces; formal dining
room; master bedroom with TV/VCR and private bath; second bedroom
with semi-private 3/4 bath; third and fourth bedrooms with access to
full bath; laundry room; and roomy, knotty pine paneled basement
with bar, refrigerator, game table, TV/VCR and two convertible
couches. Directly outside of the livingroom is a large, shaded,
screened-in porch overlooking the lake, with an alternate dining
table with 4 chairs, 3 other cushioned chairs and side tables and a
relaxing daybed. The sundeck is furnished with a gas grill, picnic
table/umbrella and benches and other deck furniture. The beach has
a rare luxury, a changing room/half bath in the boathouse. There is
a 60 foot seasonal dock, a row boat and an exceptional, gradual,
shale beach for swimming. There is a fire pit on the beach for
nightly beach fires.

Lake Haven is centrally located for winery tours, museums and
country shopping at The Windmill, Penn Yan or Hammondsport. The
beach is rocky bottomed, mud and weed free, gradual depth and perfect
for relaxing, wading, swimming, fishing, boating and sailing.

2007 Season: July and August are booked. All other Post Season 2007
dates are still available.
