Short Walk to Sheep Pond Beach! in Brewster

Our special vacation property is located in the woods of Brewster.

This oversized cape is on a private, pine needled lot surrounded by
a forest, but lots of sun still shines here! This home has two
levels. The main floor houses a living room, two bedrooms, full
bath, large kitchen and separate dining/porch area. The master
bedroom has a queen size bed and a crib and the other bedroom has two
twins. Both rooms have ample closet space, dressers, chairs, night
tables,and lamps. The fireplaced living room is furnished with a
sofa bed, writing desk, additional seating and other interesting
antiques.

The dining area is located in the adjacent four-season enclosed
porch, which is surrounded by windows and a French door that leads to the
awning covered deck for summer eating. There is a charcoal grill nearby for
cooking.

The lower level houses a bath and third bedroom which includes a full size
bed and the same amenities as the other two bedrooms. This room may
be perfect for a teenager, grandparents or babysitter since it is
separate from the main level and has its own entrance. The large
family room has a full size sofa, loveseat, table, and
TV/DVD/stereo. There are also lots of board games so you should
never be bored. There is also a second fireplace which is located
on this level as well as the laundry area and its own entrance
to the driveway.

The long, private drive will accommodate several cars & any other
toys you may bring along (boat, jetski, motorcycle or trailer)

The public beach is a 5 minute drive and the Cape Cod Rail Trail and
2 ponds are within walking distance. Nearby is Route 6A,
a true secret on Cape Cod where one can find antiques and shops
offering many local artistans' wares. Great dining is just a few
minutes away. Just a short drive will bring you to the National
Seashore with miles of sand and waves for surfing on a good day.

Pre-Season:  6/02 - 6/09; 6/09 - 6/16; $1250/week     6/16 - 6/23: $1400/week

Early Summer: 6/23 - 7/14: $1600/week

Prime Summer: 7.14 - 8/18: $1700/week                    8/18 - 8/25: $1400/week

Fall:  8/25 - 9/22:  $1250/week
