Vacation Rental Description

Gulf Shores Plantation Resort (Hwy. 180 W, approx 12.6 miles W. of 
Hwy 59) 

The gulf-front unit has a nice east view of the ocean. First floor 
walk-out to the newest and most popular pool at The Plantation.

The non-smoking condominium is fully furnished and well maintained 
for you comfort. Kitchen completely updated with new cabinets, 
counter tops and major appliances to include refrigerator, stove, 
dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker, and toaster and all 
kitchen utensils. 

There is a TV in each bedroom as well as TV/VCR/DVD in living room. 
Each bedroom has a queen-size bed and living room has a queen-size 
sofa sleeper. All linens, iron & ironing board are provided. You 
will find freshly painted walls, tile floors in kitchen, baths and 
living room. Berber carpet in bedrooms. Washer/Dryer in unit for 
your convenience.  

This resort is next door to the nationally-ranked Kiva Dunes Golf 
Course and offers numerous on-site amenities.  Perfectly situated, 
The Plantation is minutes away from the restaurants, shopping and 
entertainment of Gulf Shores, yet you are away from the over-
developed crowded beaches of the strip.
