Located in Beachside Condos, this third floor gulf front unit has spectacular views of the gulf. Listen to the sounds of the ocean from inside the condo, or on your balcony, or even while lying in bed in the gulf front master bedroom.

Unit has been recently tiled and painted. The decor is colorful, the living area has cathedral ceilings, the unit is well stocked, and its a small, family friendly complex. Located just 2 miles from Seaside, where there are lots of activities, shopping, and restaurants. Right across the street are a pizza place and Subway, bike and kayak rental, and several shops. 6 person maximum.

Pool, beach access stairs. Televison and VCR or DVD player in living
room and both bedrooms. Queen bed in each bedroom, and pull-out
queen sofa bed in the living room. Beach service (chairs &
umbrellas) available from beach vendor. New large Publix grocery
store just 1 mile away.

17 mile bike path along scenic Hwy 30-A right outside your door.
Kayak and bike rentals across the street. Fishing, boating, golf,
tennis, canoeing, outlet shopping, and numerous attractions nearby.
Condo is located halfway between Destin and Panama City Beach. Just 2
miles to Seaside, or 6 miles to Rosemary Beach.

2011 rates:

Spring break (March 12-April 8)  $1200/week
Spring (March 5-March 11  and
April 9-May 27)  $1000/week
Summer (May 28-July 29)  $1500/week
Late summer (July 30- Aug 5)  $1200/week
Late summer (Aug 6-Sept 5)  $1000/week
Fall  (Sept 6- Oct. 31)   $900/week

11% Florida tax and $55 cleaning fee will be added.  50% of rent is due at time of booking.
Full weeks only during the high summer season. All other times 4
night minimum.
