We are located in a very quiet neighborhood 1 1/2 blocks from the
beach, 2 blocks from the bay and across the golf course in the
prestigious A-zone of the island.
The house is located on a spacious corner property with plenty of
parking space in front of the garage and along the sidewalks.
In front of the house there is a large covered porch with outside
fireplace. Guests can relax here in the rainy or sunny days,
enjoying the view of beautifully landscaped garden
with the sprinkling system and unobstructed view at the green public
garden.
On the back of the house, in the fenced yard there is a deck,
outside shower with warm and cold water, grill and patio furniture.
The spacious and clean rancher offers everything guest need to enjoy
vacation:
3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, Jacuzzi, hardwood floors, air condition units
in the kitchen/living room area and in the
master bedroom, plenty of storage space in the utility area and in

toaster, tea kettle. all cookware, utensils and dishes.
It has an island with seats for 8.
The living room has 46" HD TV, VCR/DVD/CD player. We also offer area
maps, phone book, restaurant guides, and movies to watch in your
quiet time.
The main bathroom has a jacuzzi, toilet and the sink
