Welcome to our Oceanfront condo, 2007 will be the fourth year this 
spacious beautiful two bedroom, two bath apartment is offered for rental.  
 
The unit has been redecorated with many new pieces of furniture, 
appliances, bedding, dinnerware and entertainment equipment. 
 
This apartment is located on the fifth floor in Sea Colony’s premier 
Edgewater House with “THE BEST VIEW” of the Ocean and outdoor pool  in 
the entire SEA COLONY resort from the 25’ balcony and wall to wall 
glass in the living room, dining room and master bedroom. 
 
The living room is furnished with an entertainment center with 40"LCD   
Hi-Definition Television, DVD player, FM/AM Receiver and Surround 
Sound System. 
 
Upgraded Hi-Definition digital cable is included providing more 
entertainment options for your enjoyment. We have also included 8 
channels of HBOand over 40 channels of Digital Music. Local broadcasts 
from Washington, Baltimore and Philadelphia are available. 
 
Sleeping accommodations for six, linens and towels provided. Each 
bedroom is equipped with a 20” television/DVD player and cable television. 
 
Contained in the lower level of the building is an indoor heated pool 
and spa along with a fitness center.
