condominium.
The unit has been redecorated with many new pieces of furniture,
appliances, bedding, dinnerware and entertainment equipment.
This condo is located on the fifth floor in Sea Colony's premier
Edgewater House with "THE BEST VIEW" of the Ocean and outdoor pool in
the entire SEA COLONY resort from the 25 foot balcony and wall to wall
glass in the living room, dining room and master bedroom.
The living room is furnished with an entertainment center with 40"LCD
Hi-Definition Television, DVD player, FM/AM Receiver and Surround
Sound System.
Upgraded Hi-Definition digital cable is included providing more
entertainment options for your enjoyment. We have also included 8
channels of HBOand over 40 channels of Digital Music. Local broadcasts
from Washington, Baltimore and Philadelphia are available.
Sleeping accommodations for six, linens and towels provided. Each
bedroom is equipped with a 20 inch Television/DVD player and cable
television.
