Vacation Rental Description

This private lakefront home was constructed in 1938 and has been personally maintained by the same  
family for the past 69 years.  The house is located 1 mile east of Fontana on the north shore of  
Lake Geneva.  Breathtaking views of the Lake are available from most rooms in the house.  The 1st  
floor boasts a kitchen, ½ bath, dining room and large family room with cozy sitting area, including  
a fireplace as well as an 8’ pool table for some friendly billiard contests.  Just step through the  
french doors to the enclosed patio for a place to eat meals, play cards, read a book or simply take  
in the spectacular views of Lake Geneva.  The 2nd floor offers a full bathroom, 2 bedrooms and a  
large living room which consists of seating for 10, entertainment center and a fireplace.  The other  
half of the living room serves as a sleeping area with 2 twin beds and a video game center.  French  
doors off the living room provide access to the secluded open patio to experience the sights and  
sounds of beautiful Lake Geneva.  The 3rd floor provides a large open sleeping area with 2 double  
beds, a twin bed, toddler bed and baby crib.  Pets are welcome with prior approval.  Absolutely NO  
SMOKING is allowed in the house.  Ceiling and pedestal fans are placed throughout the house.  Gas  
grill is available for outdoor cooking.  Parking area accommodates a maximum of 4 vehicles.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Concrete stairs lead you to the shores of Lake Geneva.  There will be no hassles with sharing public  
piers or public beaches.  The large private pier with boat slip allows guests opportunities to go  
boating, picnicing, fishing, swimming and sunbathing.  Guests are allowed use of boat slip and/or  
buoy for watercraft (up to 22 ft.) at no additional charge.  Half and full day boat/wave runner  
rentals and boat ramps are available through local marinas for your boating enjoyment.  Stay in  
touch with national news stories as the Walworth, renowned U.S. Mailboat of Lake Geneva, delivers  
the Chicago Tribune to the mailbox on the pier.  Experience the 4th of July fireworks from the pier  
without battling traffic.  Enjoy sitting on the pier, less than a ½ mile away while the fireworks  
glimmer in the sky and gently melt into the water.  Fireworks events over Lake Geneva are like no  
other!  The breathtaking sunrises and sunsets are something you don’t want to miss.  Guests have  
quick access to the 26 miles of shore path which leads hikers around the entire shoreline of Lake  
Geneva.  A 1 mile walk to the west will take you to Fontana and a 2 1/2 mile hike to the east will  
take you to Williams Bay.  Those wishing to take a break from the countless outdoor activities have  
access to a TV, VCR, DVD, stereo, Nintendo, board games, cards and of course, billiards.

Activities and Attractions

Lake Geneva offers water activities such as swimming, boating, skiing, parasailing, fishing, scuba  
diving and sail boating.  Gage Marine provides scenic narrated tours as well as private charters  
with their 7 boat fleet.  Other activities such as golfing, horseback riding, jogging, hiking and  
shopping are just moments away from this lakefront home.  A wide variety of restaurants to tempt  
your taste buds canvas the Lake Geneva area.

Vacation Rental Rates

*Must be 21 years old to secure reservations. 
 
*No high school graduation parties/prom parties. 
 
*While we continue to book weekly rentals for 2008, we are now taking reservations for 2009.  The  
house will offiicially open May 1st, but the pier will not be available until May 27th. 
 
*If you are interested in reserving 2-3 CONSECUTIVE WEEKS for the 2009 season, please contact us  
ASAP as we will allow only ONE booking for this type of extended stay. 
 
*If your WEEKLY rental falls between May 1st and and June 14th, you will receive a $100 gift  
certificate toward your choice of one of the many boat tours offered by Lake Geneva Cruise Line.

*After the height of the summer season passes, September, October and November offer quiet days and  
tranquil nights.  Dont's miss out on feeling like you have the lake to yourself and watching the

*Rates:  May 1st - June 14th -- $3,500/week 
         June 15th - September 2nd -- $6,000/week 
         September 3rd - 30th -- $3,500/week 
         October 1st - November 12th -- $2,500/week 
         November 13th - April 30th -- CLOSED 
 
         All rates subject to 5.5% sales tax.   
         All reservations require a $750 refundale security deposit. 
 
         ALL WEEKLY (6 NIGHTS) OR LONGER RESERVATIONS SECURED 90 DAYS  
         IN ADVANCE WILL RECEIVE A 20% DISCOUNT ON THE RENTAL RATE. 
          
 
*Special arrangements can be made for longer or shorter stays (3 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY REQUIRED).  The  
20% discount will not apply to rentals of less than 6 nights.  Property Managers reserve the right  
to cancel "weekend" rentals up to 30 days prior to a reservation date in order to accommodate a  
weekly rental.

*Deposits and rental payments accepted ONLY in the form of certified funds (cashier's check or money
