#2808 is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath private pool home prepared for your vacation rental needs. Located in the Oak Island Cove Subdivision, a peaceful subdivision situated approximately 5 minutes from WDW and conveniently located to all of Central Florida's other attractions. 

The master bedroom has a Queen; the second master bedroom has a Queen and bedrooms 3 and 4 each has a pair to twins.  There is cable in both master bedrooms as well as the living room and the kitchen is fully equipped with all of your standard appliances including a dishwasher and garbage disposal.  The home has local telephone service as well as high speed wireless internet. 

The home is fully equipped with towels, linen and kitchen crockery.  The kitchen has appliances including a large fridge/freezer with ice maker, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, waste disposal, etc., plus a breakfast bar and a kitchen table for casual dining.  The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots and pans, glasses, etc.

This home has a spacious floor plan. The additional amenities in this home include cable TV, free local telephone service and its close proximity to the Disney parks. 

The pool deck is fairly large and equipped with a shaded lanai area as well as lounge chairs to catch some sun.  The pool area can be accessed through the living room and main master bedroom.  The pool area is screened with mature landscaping for additional privacy during your usage of the pool area.  The pool can be heated for an additional charge of $25 per day plus tax. Minimum 4 nights required. (Heating is recommended October thru April). 

The washer and dryer are in a utility room along with an iron and ironing board.

The living room has a DVD Player, stereo system and a variety of board games for your added entertainment.

All homes are under a professional management and are licensed by the state of Florida.

All homes are fully air conditioned or heated throughout.

If you would like to reserve this rental home contact us to hold your selected property. Our office is open and available for reservations 7 days a week, Monday-Sunday from 10:00am-10:00pm (EST). Emails will be answered until 12am.

Florida Escapes homes are reserved quickly and we cannot guarantee the
availability of the home for your stay until a payment is made against
the reservation.

A $100.00 deposit is required to secure your reservation. Final Balance
is due no later than 45 days prior to arrival.  Reservations made within 45 days of arrival require full payment.

According to our booking policy, you may cancel your booking at any
time up to or during the Rental Period.

pool heating, bbqs, baby necessities (high chairs, cribs, strollers),
attraction tickets, car rental and arrival welcome packs. Please call
