#5503WIL is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath private pool/spa home prepared for your vacation rental needs. Located in Crescent Lakes, a peaceful subdivision situated approximately 20 minutes from WDW and conveniently located to all of Central Florida's other attractions. 

The master bedroom has a King; the second master has a Queen; bedroom 3 has a Full and bedroom 4 has a pair of twins.  There is cable TV in all of the bedrooms and kitchen is fully equipped with all of your standard appliances including a dishwasher and garbage disposal.  The home has unlimited national long distance and secured wireless internet is available for the duration of your stay for a small fee.

The home is fully equipped with towels, linen and kitchen crockery.

The family room has a DVD Player, VCR and Stereo.

The garage has been converted to a "game room" which includes a basketball hoops shooting game, a children's air hockey and a pool table.

The yard is completely fenced and small pets are allowed (prior approval required, additional fees apply).

The pool can be heated (gas) for an additional charge of $35 per day plus tax. Minimum 3 nights required. (Heating is recommended October thru April).

The spa can be heated (gas) for an additional charge of $25 per day plus tax.  Minimum 3 nights required.  Heating can be done all year long.

Booking Information:

$100.00 will confirm your reservation and put the home requested in your name for your dates. The remaining balance plus applicable security deposit and a $25 booking fee is 60 days prior to arrival. Any reservations made within 60 days of arrival, require payment in full.
