balconies and shaded garden, next door to one of the largest public markets in North 
America, a stone’s throw from Jean-Talon subway station, only ten minutes from 
Montréal’s exciting downtown.
Rated 4 Stars by Tourisme Québec, this Tourist Home for business or pleasure travelers, 
festival-goers or invited academics, 
is on the ground floor of a three-storey house set in the heart of a friendly neighborhood 
affectionately known as Little Italy by Montréalers. Au petit marché Tourist Home can 
comfortably accommodate up to four guests, for a few days or many weeks, at reasonable 
prices.

The apartment is clean and well-lit, both modern and charming, recently renovated with 
love and a special care for details with your comfort in mind, while still retaining its 
original cachet:  hardwood floors, large windows, high ceilings, woodwork, cornices and 
moldings.
Please note that we cannot allow pets on the premises, unfortunately. Although it is a 
non-smoker home, smokers are welcome to use the garden, providing they dispose of 
their butts cleanly.

call throughout your exploration of  North America’s French capital and your discovery of 
its innumerable aspects, exotic or familiar, surprising and rewarding, whatever the season.

Because Montréal is a welcoming city at all times. In summer, when it’s hot and the café-
terraces gather colorful crowds, the atmosphere is one of rejoicing, with festivals galore 
and a million things to do for your enjoyment. In the fall, the city’s hundreds of thousands 
of trees explode with all the warmest colors of the spectrum: an extraordinary spectacle, 
especially from the top of Mont Royal, which dominates the cityscape, or in the heart of 
the magnificent Botanical Gardens. In the winter, cabin fever takes over: the cold weather

We only accept guests for two nights or more.
