The main master suite has King bed, TV, access to pool area through your private bath, an upgraded bathroom with sunken garden tub, separate walk in shower, twin vanities and separate toilet.

The second master suite has a Queen bed, TV,  access to the pool through your private bath, a bathroom with a shower/tub combination. 

The third bedroom has full size bed.  The fourth and fifth bedrooms each has a pair of twin beds in each.

Bed linens and towels are provided (all beds will be made up for your arrival).

The kitchen has appliances including a large fridge/freezer with ice maker, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, waste disposal, etc., plus a large breakfast bar and a kitchen table for casual dining as well as another dining table to seat 12 comfortably.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots and pans, glasses, etc.

This home has a large floor plan. The additional amenities in this home include cable TV in the living room and in both master bedrooms, wireless internet, free local and national telephone service and its close proximity to the Disney parks. 

The pool deck is fairly large and equipped with a shaded lanai area as well as lounge chairs to catch some sun.  The pool area can be accessed through the living room as well as through both master bedrooms. 

The washer and dryer are in a utility room along with an iron and ironing board.

All homes are under a professional management and are licensed by the state of Florida.

All homes are fully air conditioned or heated throughout.

If you would like to reserve this rental home contact us to hold your selected property. Our office is open and available for reservations 7 days a week, Monday-Sunday from 10:00am-10:00pm (EST). Emails will be answered until 12am.

Florida Escapes homes are reserved quickly and we cannot guarantee the
availability of the home for your stay until a payment is made against
the reservation.

A $100.00 deposit is required to secure your reservation. Final Balance
is due no later than 60 days prior to arrival.  Reservations made within 60 days of arrival require full payment.

According to our booking policy, you may cancel your booking at any
time up to or during the Rental Period.

Cancellations more than 60 days before arrival may re-schedule their reservation (where possible, rate changes may apply) by re-utilizing their deposit, subject to a $50.00 administrative fee.  Travel Insurance is highly recommended.

On our website, we offer a wide inventory of guest services including
pool heating, bbqs, baby necessities (high chairs, cribs, strollers),
attraction tickets, car rental and arrival welcome packs. Please call
