Santa Fe style adobe home is perfectly located in Moonlight Beach in
Encinitas, California.
Single family house and guest house has 150 feet of unobstructive
views of the surf, Moonlight Beach. and 
Cottonwood Creek. It is 120 feet to the sand. Our home has great
beach access and is
single story, gated, and 3 blocks from Historic Downtown Encinitas
with its shops and
restaurants.
Main House has master bedroom with queen bed, romantic kiva
fireplace, and French
doors. Large art studio conversion with a single bed. Full bathroom
with granite counter and
claw foot bathtub. Cozy guest house has queen bed, small kitchenette
with ocean view.
There is a central patio with an outdoor fireplace and a large beach
facing Palapa with
table and chairs. Palm tree and botanical gardens.

Large kitchen opens to the sea with large double glass French doors.
The doors open out
onto a flagstone deck with Adirondack chairs. So you can always eat
while watching the
view of the surf, creating a true resort feeling. The kitchen has a
gas range, and stainless
steel appliances. The counter tops and Center Island have granite
countertops.
The house is furnished with a combination of Teak-carved and
epically furniture, rot iron
bed and hand made tile accents Spanish tile floors. Turkish rugs and
beautiful original
paintings. This creates the Santa Fe style throughout the property
inside and out.
Bedrooms have TV sets as does the living room - stereo, VCR and DVD.
Outdoor foot
rinses and outdoor shower and BBQ.

Great swimming, surfing, boogie boarding, wave riding for kids, surf
fishing, biking,
walking, beach volley ball, large child play structure visible from
patios, shops and
restaurants and charming open air market (with unique items) walking
distance from
house. Historic Old Town Encinitas is 3 blocks from house.
