Vacation Rental Description

This lovely split level condo is offered TURNKEY FURNISHED, just 
bring your suitcase.  You enter in the middle..go up 12 steps to the 
living room, dining area which has 24 ft. of windows/sliders opening 
to a large balcony that looks out over the expansive greenbelt & 
pool area.  Formal dining area table seats 8 very comfortably.  
Informal eating area table seats 4.  The vaulted ceiling adds to 
spaciousness.  There is a piano, in the living room area, for the 
musically gifted to enjoy.  Efficient kitchen, with an 
eating/serving counter, and a 3/4 bath are also upstairs.  

Go down 6 steps to a large Master Suite w/king bed.  Master Bath has 
dual sinks and a large enclosed stall shower.  There is a large walk-
in closet.  Second bedroom suite has twin beds.  Second bath also 
has dual sinks and an enclosed tub/shower.  Both bedroom suites open 
out to patios that give access to pool/spa.
