Every room has a lovely view over the bay with the marina with several boats just below. The kitchen has all new appliances including dishwasher, stove, refrigerator and microwave. Thru the kitchen window there is a peak of the Gulf which is less than 100 yards across the road to 10 miles of award winning beautiful white sands of Longboat Key, the warm blue sea and spectacular sunsets.

This unit is just across the road from the Hilton Hotel which has a desirable restaurant and bar. Windward bay is 23 acres that wind along the bay and amenities include: an Olympic size pool and another smaller pool, two tennis courts, a fitness center, billiard room, library and fishing off a pier if desired. A slip in the marina is available for a boat for around $12 a month. There is also
covered parking.

January 1st - February 28th - $2,900 per month 

March 1st - April 30th - $3,600 per month

May 1st - December 31st - $2,000 per month

In addition there is $100 post cleaning fee and 11% Florida Tax is added to above rates. The owner pays the first $75 of utilities.

Bookings are for a minimum of 1 month. A 25% deposit is payable to secure a reservation.
