Vacation Rental Description

Come enjoy Fripp Island from our home "Reeses' Peace" 
 
The double screen decks provide a peaceful place to unwind while  
enjoying the view and sounds of the ocean. Our house sits  
overlooking not only the ocean but the marsh and inlet as well. 
 
This roomy three bedroom home is great for one or two families. We  
have recently redecorated to provide a more comfortable beachy  
environment for your stay.  We have also upgraded mattresses and  
linens,and kitchen items. 
 
The master bedroom has a walk in closet, sunken tub, and has a  
private screened deck with an awesome view!  The upstairs bedroom  
has two queen beds with attached bath. The downstairs bedroom has a  
queen bed with a full bath and a glider rocker.  There is a twin  
sleeper in the family room. 
 
Our Fripp Home is located in a very sought after area a few doors  
down from the Cabana Club (a pool facility with 3 pools, bar, and  
restaurant. Take a quick golf cart or bike ride to the beach for a  
day of fun.  
 
Enjoy the sunsets while dining on the screened porch.  It's easy to  
sit for hours and watch the herons, deer, and other wildlife.  What  
a way to Relax!

at the pools, enjoy the beaches looking for shells.  More  
importantly, Relax!

low season  1/1/08-2/29/08   $1000/ week or 160 nightly  2 amenity cards free 
midseason   3/1/08-5/23/08    $1500/ week   $230 nightly  2 amenity cards free 
high season  5/24/08-9/06/08  $2000 weekly    2 amenity card free  
July 4th week rate is $2300.00 
late summer/fall   9/6/08   - 11/30/08    1600.00   or 230.00/night 
 
cleaning fee for under 3 night stay.  11% tax apply. 
 
additional anenity cards are avaialble upon request for a fee. 
 
Golf carts and bikes are avialable on the island
