Built in old Florida style in 2005 , "Jack's Gulls" fronts the Gulf of Mexico
and Indian lagoon. 54 feet of screened porch facing the Gulf of Mexico and 40 feet of screened porch facing Indian Lagoon.
Only three steps from the driveway to the porch with three
floors of space to enjoy.
A spiral stair to the cupola provides a magnificent view that
is 40 feet above sea level. The view from the cupola it is
approximately 8 miles to the horizon. Great place to watch the sunset.
Plenty of parking, private beach path, outside shower and a
fish cleaning area. Circle driveway in the back for easy boat trailer manuvering.

Three bedrooms (one king, one queen and one double) on the main
floor, all with private baths and access to porches and decks.
The second floor has a bedroom with a double bed and a bath.
Also on the second floor is a queen sleeper sofa.
Large living area with vaulted ceilings and transom windows
provide an open area with great views.
Large kitchen with all amenities including an extra ice maker
under the counter. Pack Those Coolers!
Breakfast area, dining and bar has a capacity for 13.
Large laundry area. Linens provided Charcoal grill

Shelling, fishing, scalloping (in season). Boat rentals, charter
boats for bay and offshore fishing. 10,000 acre St Vincent Wildlife
refuge. Catch the shuttle to the island and spend an hour or the
whole day. Fine dining in historic Apalachicola and in Port St Joe
or
stop off at one of the many fresh seafood houses and boil your own
shrimp! Also less than two miles away is one of the coasts finest
seafood and raw bars, (Indian Pass Raw Bar)

Season I Monthly rate of $1,500 per month plus electricity
Season II March 2 to April 16, 2013 $1,200 weekly, $480 for two nights
Season III April 16 to May 26, 2013 $1,300 weekly, $480 for two nights
Season IV May27 2013 to September 29, 2013 $1,850 weekly,  $500 for two nights
*Per night rentals can only be reserved two weeks before the
date desired. Taxes are 11%.
Saturday to Saturday preferred. We will be flexible if reservations
allow.
