Vacation Rental Description

South Beach Haven.  Six houses from the beach, one street to cross.  
Lifeguard at end of street, surfing beach one block south.  
This is our second home, not a typical rental property.  Off street 
parking for 4 cars/boat.  2 decks with ocean and bay views. 
Entrances on each level.  Remodeled like new, new baths, new wood laminate floor,
new sofa and dining room furniture, bright and clean.  Vaulted ceiling, ceiling fan, 
fireplace. 2 Bedrooms top level, one queen, one 2 twins, all new mattresses.  Bottom 
level 2 Bedrooms, one queen, second bedroom one twin and one twin 
chair bed.  Bathroom on each level. Safe, carpeted spiral 
stairwell. Use of one side of garage.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

Outdoor shower,  new deck furniture, table with umbrella, chaise lounges,
gas grill. High speed, Wireless internet access, 5 televisions, digital cable, 2 
VCR's, 2 DVD players, Stereo CD, tape player, telephones. All 
appliances, new stove, extra utensils and dishes, ice maker, dishwasher, full 
size washer and dryer.  2 car garage, large back yard, child 
friendly home. 

Activities and Attractions

Fabulous area, Little Egg Harbor Yacht Club section of Beach Haven.  
Walk to cafe/deli, bait shop, rental store.  Also, a playground and 
roller rink.  Few blocks to downtown Beach Haven, complete with 
shopping, arcade, amusement park, miniature golf, movies, 
restaurants and clubs.  All beach and boating activities available.
