exposure. Overlooks golf course and beautiful lake. Living Room,  
Dining Room, Den & fully equipped eat-in Kitchen.The Den has a  
sleeper sofa. The Master Bedroom has a King sized bed and is at the  
back of the unit affording privacy, quiet and a beautiful view of the  
15th fairway. Second Bedroom has twin Beds. Attached 1 car  
garage. Sizeable Lanai overlooks the lake and golf course. Very  
spacious living (1700 sq ft). Tastefully furnished with all  
amenities, including, bikes, Hair Dryer, Ironing Board & Iron,  
Washer/Dryer, Beach Chairs, Beach Towels, Linens, Towels, 3 TV's,  
VCR, CD Player and Cable TV.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Short walk to pool and jacuzzi.The Miromar Outlets are 5 minutes  
away, the RSW Airport is 15 minutes away. The brand new Hyatt Regency  
hotel is located directly across from the main enterance to the  
Brooks.  Golf course membership is assignable to tenant. Minimum 1  
month rental. To obtain golf membership a $212.00 transfer fee is  
required. Greens and cart fee is $50.00.

Activities and Attractions

Golf, tennis, exercise facilites, club house dining, swimming,biking.  
Fifteen minute drive to Beach. The Brand new Coconut Point Town  
Center is within biking/walking distance and contains specialty  
stores, dozens of restaurants and eateries in a beautiful  
Mediterranean style-open-air setting.
