This large, beautifully decorated second floor duplex/condo has three bedrooms and two baths. The unit is a short walk (2.5 blocks) to the wide Ocean City beaches. Sunrises and sunsets can be enjoyed from the large front and rear decks and the private roof top deck with views of the Ocean and Bay.
Spacious living room with vaulted ceilings, ceiling fan and comfortable furniture for relaxing and enjoying the large TV above the gas fireplace. There is a queen sleep sofa in the living room. The dining room comfortably seats six with two additional seats at the kitchen island. Just off the living room is a large front deck with table and chairs for outdoor dining.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed, ceiling fan, TV/Cable/DVD set-up, private bathroom with walk in shower and access to the rear deck. Two additional bedrooms each have two twin beds, ceiling fans and a TV/Cable/DVD set-ups.
The private rooftop deck is a perfect place to enjoy the sunrise or sunset and view the Ocean City skyline. The property offers heatand air conditioning, an enclosed private outside shower and a one car garage plus off street parking for an additional car.
