air conditioning, linens, towels, cutlery, lots of storage space and 
all the comforts of home in beautiful Sunny Isles Beach, Florida.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Over 400 feet of private beach bordering the Atlantic Ocean, two 
beachfront swimming pools (heated in winter) with comfortable chaise 
lounges for guests, Tropical Caribbean huts, outdoor grills and  
picnic 
tables, restaurant on premise, ice machine, coin operated 
washers/dryers, free parking. security guard 24hrs.
