Zoo. Museums, the world famous Birch Aquarium. Hop on the Harley and
ride up to Julian and back during apple season!....the list is
really endless!! This is Southern Cal at it's best, there is a world

Vacation Rental Rates

Because of the overwhelming response to this gorgeous property, rentals are for 1 week or monthly
only. All weekly rentals will be checking in on Saturday after 4pm and staying until the following
Saturday checking out at or before 11am.
Weekly rates are:
March 29th 2008 - October 4th 2008 $4000.00 per week with a $2000 REFUNDABLE Security Deposit.
October 4th 2008 - March 28th 2009 $3000.00 per week with a $2000 REFUNDABLE Security Deposit
March 28th 2008 - October 4th 2008 monthly rental is $14000 with a REFUNDABLE $4000 Security Deposit
October 4th 2008 - March 28th 2009 monthly rental $10000 with a REFUNDABLE $4000 Security Deposit.
There is a $250 non-refundable cleaning deposit with all rentals.
I also need to charge 2% rental tax. $500 additional rent for weeks including a holiday.
