Weekly rates are:
Mar  - Oct   $4000.00 per week with a $1000 REFUNDABLE Deposit.
Nov - Feb   $3000.00 per week with a $1000 REFUNDABLE Deposit
Mar- Oct  monthly rental is $14000 with a REFUNDABLE $2000 Security Deposit
Nov- Feb monthly rental is $9000   with a REFUNDABLE $2000 Security Deposit.
There is a $250 cleaning charge with all rentals.
I also need to charge 2% rental tax. $500 additional rent for weeks including a holiday.
