Vacation Rental Description

Fabulous unobstructed & breathtaking views of the ocean.

Our townhome was completely renovated in 2006, with most everything 
new, including all furnishings.

Wonderfully bright, light and comfortable.  1st level is tiled with 
great room overlooking ocean, has roll-out queen sofa.  Dining area 
has bar stools for kitchen gathering, table with leaf for larger 
groups.  The kitchen is fully equipped with everything from coasters 
to toaster and so much more!

The large master bedroom with king bed has balcony overlooking the 
ocean where you can watch the sun rise, or watch it set from the 
guest room deck.  This bedroom features twin beds.

Both full baths are fully remodeled.  There is an attached 1 car 
garage.  The built in swimming pool is steps away.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Our townhome features complete kitchen with frige w/icemaker, new 
stove, micro, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, food 
processor, pots, pans and all other amenities.
Bed linens, towels and beach towels.  Hair dryers.
Cable t.v., DVD, stereo, phone service.  New washer & dryer.
Iron & ironing board.  
Swimming pool.

Activities and Attractions

Visit Flagler's pristine beach for miles of walking, surfing and 
surf-
fishing.  The Pier is just down the street for more activiiy.  Be 
sure to keep a watch for dolphins and whales.

The local restaurants are excellent and comfortable.  Visit 
Flagler's 
farmer's market on Fridays with fresh fruit, vegetables and roasted 
peanuts.

There is a new skatepark, cinemas, museums, boating, parasailing, 
windsurfing, siteseeing, etc. all near by.

There are 5 signature golf courses all within 20 minutes.

We are close to many family oriented attractions including 
Marineland, which has the only 450,000 gal. ocean fed tank in the 
U.S. where you can swim with the dolphins. 

St. Augustine is a 30 min. drive north.  The oldest city in North 
America is a mixture of history, culture, fine dining, and charming 
shops. The Castillo de San Marcos, a massive fort built by the 
Spanish (from 1675 to 1692) to Protect the town, stands guard at the 
north end of the quaint downtown area. With a 40' moat and massive 
double drawbridge, the imposing fort, bristling with cannons, well 
deserves its designation as a National Monument. 

Daytona Beach , famous for its white sand beach, lies 20 miles 
south.  It is alive with restaurants, shopping, nightlife and a host 
of tourist activities and bike and NASCAR events.

Orlando, an 1-1/2 hour drive, isthe destination for Walt Disney 
World 
and Universal Studios enthusiasts also has many other attractions 
that are sure to please all members in your group! Their theme 
parks, 
boat tours, water parks, zoos, entertainment centers, shopping, and 
restaurants, in addition to museums and attractions such as the 
nearby Kennedy Space Center, make this the perfect destination for 
families. 

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates are $700/week.  Price includes 4 people, additional charge $25 
per person up to 6 total.

$75 cleaning fee.
$300 security deposit, fully refundable.
