if necessary. Minneapolis city bus line 1 short block away. Only
cross the street to a
beautifully maintained park with basketball court, tennis court,
softball field with fence, as
well as children's sand box play ground with swings and slides and
challenges.
Skateboard Park within 5 minutes away.
Sit and relax, or play hard. Take your time and make your plans while
fishing off the dock
in summer or bring your ice auger for phenomenal ice fishing,
snowmobiling and other
winter sports on the lake and nearby trails. Horseback rides and golf
courses nearby. Enjoy
flea marketing, antique shopping, or browse the high end and unique
shopping
opportunities in neighboring Wayzata and Excelsior shops. Mall of
America is an easy
commute for the real go-getter!

Bait shop within 5
minutes. Enjoy beautiful walks or bike rides along the Luce Line
Trail, only minutes from
the cottage. Make smores or hot dogs in front of the evening
campfire. You can buy a
variety of freshness from our own Farmers Market or visit the local
grocery store.
Alcoholics Anonymous, Public Library and multiple places of worship
all in less than 5
minutes from the door or the dock.

Vacation Rental Rates
-We require a 50% reservation deposit & balance paid in full 2 weeks
prior to arrival.
-$1,000.00 - $1,500 per week based on 4 person occupancy(Holiday rates
will be applied, please inquire)
nightly and weekend availability with us, also.
Minimum $500.00 rates apply.
-Nightly/Weekend rates quoted and reserved as availability
permits. Dates may be held open for weekly rentals.
-Available Year Round
-3:00 PM Check In / 12:00pm Check Out
-Pets require $100.00 deposit per pet.
-Arctic Cat Snowmobiles (2), call for availability.
-Formula Cabin Cruiser Ski Boat, advance notice needed
