Vacation Rental Description

Little Darling has been called the "classiest place on Commercial
Street".  Though to be honest, we really don't know how much they'd
imbibed that evening. Regardless, they were obviously persons of
impeccable taste, culture, and good breeding.
Little Darling is a romantic and cozy hideaway in the heart of
Provincetown where you can cuddle in quiet, steps away from the
wonderful hubbub of of our colorful and eccentric town. We worked  our
buns off and outfitted, decorated, and accessorized her with class,
quality, and humor. You can read the whole story on our Darling
Cottages web site. "They" say that it's worth the read.
You will love staying here!  You'll find lots to
keep you comfortable:
- The most comfortable bed we could find. You can even sleep on it
- Luxurious sheets and comfy pillows, warm comforters to cuddle in
- A bathroom with a cute tiled shower, funky lights and luxurious towels
- A lovely miniature kitchen with grown up appliances
- Surround Sound TV, VCR, DVD, CD, with iPOD hook-up (bring your
  favorites naughty and nice!)
- Heat for the winter (in case you don't wish to generate your own)
- Air conditioned for the summer (in case you do)
- Brilliant hand-painted sconces from Morocco that glow like jewels 
  in the night
- Original art to titillate and amuse, changed at our whim
- Color, coordinated with everything, to bring you calm escape into
  yourself or each other
- A secluded garden to find some quiet in
- Wireless DSL Internet access, on us. Just don't login to work, OK?
- Oh, we nearly forgot to mention, the Little Darling is not just
  clean.  She sparkles.
We even wash the bedspread every time.
Little Darling is 10" (that's inches) from Commercial Street. In the
West End. Just where the shopping ends. Bring your prizes home. Walk
back. Collect some more. Indulge. Lock up your car; leave the keys at
home. You don't have to drive anywhere.

Vacation Rental Rates

Our rates vary by the season as follows:  
     Spring: April 4 - June 15
            $110/night (2 night minimum)
            $690/week
     Summer: June 28 - September 13
            $975/week (1 week minimum)
            Carnival Week $1,250
     Fall: September 15- November 3
            $110/night (2 night minimum)
            $600/week
     New Year's Weekend: December 28 - January 2
            $110/night (3 night minimum).  4th night on us.
We accept credit cards. 
Some fine print:
A deposit of 50% is due upon reservation. The remainder is due 2 weeks
before the rental date.
In addition to the rates above, we require a security deposit of 50%
of the total rental fee ($200 minimum). We usually accept a check as
the deposit, and return the check to you once we've checked the place
over and made sure that you haven't taken our Little Darling home in
the back of your SUV.
We will do our very best to accommodate your needs and schedule. So do
call or email us.
Please note: 
Parking is not available at the cottage. There are plenty of options,
however, ranging from parking meters ($1/hour in quarters, from 8:00
AM - midnight in some places), parking lots in the center of town, to
(gasp) free spaces here and there. So far, none of our guests nor we
have had any problems with our vehicles.
By the way, we leave a roll of quarters for you to save you from that
oh so tragic event when you have the perfect parking space but no
quarters to pay for it.  We hate it when that happens.  Let's just say
that we get a kick out of saving the Town the cost of printing and
processing a parking ticket.
