our three-bedroom, two-bathroom top floor villa at Hilton Head
Resort.

This unit sleeps eight people and has its own washer and dryer for
your convenience. This is our second home so no smoking please and
no pets allowed.

Among our amenities is our wonderful beach. It is one of the nicest
and most secluded on Hilton Head Island. Our private boardwalk,
across the saltwater marshes has lots of wildlife to see along the
way including heron and egrets. At the beach you will find the
resort's private cabana with food, drinks and restrooms. There are
no roads to cross and is less than a ten minute walk across the
boardwalk. There is a Golf Cart that runs on a schedule to take handicaped
or anyone that needs a ride to and from the beach.

There are outdoor picnic tables and grills, a sundeck for sun
bathing protected from the wind, two outdoor pools, one indoor
heated pool hot tub and sauna, six lighted tennis courts and
elevators to each floor in every building. There is also a deli that
serves breakfasts, sandwiches and small convenience items.

All of these amenities are free to the guests making Hilton Head
Resort one of the best vacation values on Hilton Head Island.

Hilton Head Resort is a 24 hour gated and guarded Resort, centrally
located mid-island convenient to golf, bike paths, shopping,
restaurants and beautiful beaches. It is adjacent to the Robert
Trent Jones Golf Course and the famous #10 Ocean Hole at Palmetto
Dunes.
