Located within Sherkston Shores resort (58 Eberly Woods), on Lake Erie, this premium park model home is fully equipped to make your vacation more enjoyable.

Each bedroom has a double bed and the living room has a fold down
double futon. We supply the pillows, you supply bed sheets, pillow
cases and towels.

The kitchen is a dream, DISHWASHER, Microwave, Gas Range, Convection
Toaster Oven, Instant Hot Water tap, Fridge/freezer, double sinks and
all the utensils you need.

The dining room is large and seats 6 easily.

The living room is large and has TV/VCR/DVD, stereo/CD and lots of
board games.

The bathroom has a full tub with shower (soap and shampoo included)
and flush toilet.

We also provide a hair dryer and curling iron.

Outside is a nice grassed lot with chairs and a large fire pit (supply
your own wood), dart board (bring your own darts), and picnic table with umbrella.

There are 2 decks, 1 in front with a 10 x 10 gazeebo, table and four
chairs, and 1 in back,with a BBQ and table/umbrella and four chairs.

This is frequently our summer home and not always rented out so you can
expect comfort.

Wyldwood beach is only a 2 minute walk and the main street a 5 minute
walk.

All rates are 2011 and are weekly Saturday to Saturday unless noted.

There is a $100.00 cleaning fee and a $200.00 refundable damage deposit.

50% deposit required to book. Balance due 30 days prior to occupancy.

A rental contract is required and will be provided prior to booking.

Cancellations:  Within 30 days of arrival, NO REFUND unless re-rented, then a $200.00 administration fee.  Prior to 30 days of arrival a $200.00 administration fee will apply and balance of deposit refunded.
