Vacation Rental Description

Stay and relax in our smoke free, brand new 2 bedroom cottage located  
in the beautiful Summer Village Resort.  The fully-equipped kitchen  
has all new appliances and gadgets to prepare your meals or you may  
choose to grill right outside the door. You will then dine in the  
beautiful glass /screened in porch. Our cottage has a queen-sized bed  
in the Master Bedroom and a full-sized bed with trundle under in the  
second bedroom.  The living room has a new queen sleeper for  
additional sleeping accommodations.  There is a washer/dryer for your  
use.  Our cottage has parking for two cars. There is cable television  
and a dvd player, board games and cards for your enjoyment. We have  
an air conditioner and ceiling fans to keep you comfortable during  
your stay.

Activities and Attractions

The many amenities will keep everyone busy and happy. There will  
also be special events such as movies, arts and crafts, organized  
games and more by resort staff. There is a community based trolley  
to transport you around the resort and to the front of the property  
to hop on the trolley to the beaches, as well as nearby downtown  
Ogunquit and Wells.   
There are many area attractions: golf courses, the Rachel Carson  
National Wildlife Refuge, mini-golf, antique stores, casual dining  
and fine dining all nearby.

Off Season Rates: 
May  3 thru May 24 $900 wk, $150 nt, min 2 nights 
Sep  7 thru Oct 25 $900 wk, $150 nt, min 2 nights 
 
Spring Special: Stay 3 nights for the price of 2.  This is a great  
season to golf or shop at the nearby outlets.   
 
Mid Season 
May 25 thru Jun 21 $900 week 
 
Peak Season 
Jun 21 thru Sep 6 : $1200 week 
 
Holiday Weekend Rates:  
Labor Day $450 (Sat - Mon) 
Memorial Day $450 (Fri - Mon) 
Columbus Day $450 (Fri - Mon) 
     * Additional Nights for $100 per night.  
 
* All rates INCLUDE cleaning fee 
* 7% Maine Sales Tax in addition to stated rates 
* For the enjoyment of all of our guests, smoking is not allowed in  
the cottage.
