Due to city regulations, we can not offer weekly rentals.
Our minimum rental period is one month.

buffet. A short 1 minute drive to the highway leads to a 10 minute
ride to the strip.

Take delicious dips in your private pool & spa day or night. We
provide all linens and towels.

You will love the kitchen with it's granite countertops, double
ovens, microwave and toaster. If you love to cook you will feel
right at home with the
many amenities included.

Enjoy the glow of a gas fireplace in the family room and master
bedroom & bathrom suite.

Activities: We are a 12 - 15 minute drive to the Las Vegas Strip.
Our location in the Green Valley area of Henderson is ideal for day
trips to many locations. We are in golfing country, with more
public golf courses then we can count. We are located an easy 20
minute drive to Lake Mead and 10 minutes beyond the Lake is Hoover
Dam. There is hiking, biking, horseback riding, skiing , State
Parks like; the Valley of Fire, Death Valley, Zion & Bryce (that
can be done in a day trip)great shopping and of course gaming.

You will be walking distance to Starbucks Coffee, Rubios Mexican,
Manhattan Bagel, Cold Stone Ice Cream, Subway, chinese food, Wendy's
and a major supermarket.

This is a smoke free and pet free home.
