Vacation Rental Description

Unique, Key West Style Tree House located on Vero’s Barrier Island  
in exclusive Indian River Shores. Very private,in the heart of the  
barrier island. Three story, Two car garage, Two bedroom, living  
room with wet bar, den, full equiped kitchen, 3 full baths, 3 wood  
decks of the main level, star gazing deck off the upper level. Fully  
furnished, designer decorated with a plethora of art. 
 
The 2 car garage is located on the street level and  includes a male  
and female bicycle, beach chairs,umbrella, female golf clubs. The  
pool is limited to owners and  guests.  
 
 On the main level you will find, the living room with a fireplace,  
wet bar, view of the pool, deck off the living room. Kitchen, fully  
stocked, deck with small table for outdoor meals. A cozy den with  
television, stereo, internet connection, closets, a deck as well. A  
full bathroom which connects to the living room hallway . A master  
bedroom or guest room with sitting room with couch and television  
and a full bathroom. The deck in this room overlooks the pool.  
 
Upstairs on the 3rd floor, another bedroom, either master or guest,  
with a full bathroom. Another larger deck in the trees with a hot  
tub for star gazing.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Only a short walk or bike ride to the Village Market, a gourmet  
grocery and wine emporium . Beautiful public beaches and shopping on  
Vero’s exclusive Ocean Drive. Walk, ride bikes or a short drive to  
beachside restaurants, beach or walking on the boardwalk .

Activities and Attractions

Vero's Treasure Coast is full of Florida activities. Disney's Resort  
is located in Vero. Disney World is 2 hours away. Within a 2 hour  
drive you will find yourself in W. Palm Beach,Boca Raton, Ft. Laud.  
or Miami. Orlando, Daytona, Jacksonville to the north. Shopping is  
pleniful, Vero' Ocean Dr. Worth Ave. in Palm Beach, Malls and outlet  
centers close by. Beach's, golf and fishing all within Indian River  
County.

Vacation Rental Rates

Seasonal rate based on 3 month minimun Jan. Feb. and March.  
$2,500.00 - $3,000.00.  I am open to other options, Weekly rate  
starting at $1,500.00 and Yearly rate starting at $1,300.00 per  
month. The property is available after Nov. 15th,2007. Deposits  
required.
