which backs onto natural conservation, this beautiful home is in a
perfect location for your family gathering, and is within 2 miles of
Disney.
Villa has free wireless Internet access. All national and international
telephone calls from this property are included.
The fully screened pool and deck have been extended to offer
additional space for relaxing on the comfortable sun loungers, or
dining al-fresco, where tables and cushioned chairs are provided
beneath the overhead ceiling fan.  If you like privacy, this is the place for you.  No other villas are behind our property.
The ground floor boasts two relaxing open-plan living areas with
sumptuous sofas, a formal dining area, fully equipped kitchen with
breakfast nook and island. The family living area and breakfast area
each open out onto the lanai.
One of the three king master suites is located on the ground floor,
has direct access to the lanai, plus a wonderful bathroom
with 'his'n'hers' washbasins, walk-in closet, roman tub and huge
walk-in shower.
On the upper level you will find the other two luxurious master
suites, also with cable TV, beautiful furnishings, and large
bathrooms. Four further bedrooms, each with twin beds, sharing
two 'Jack 'n' Jill' style bathrooms, have all been tastefully
decorated and furnished to suit any age group.
The huge meeting/games area upstairs houses a full-size pool table,
TV and Games console, which means the garage is still used as a
garage with parking for two cars.
For your convenience you will find the utility room and powder room
close to the interior access door leading into to the double garage.
