Vacation Rental Description

2 Bedroom/2 Bathroom house on oversized corner lot.
Home is fully furnished and ready for you to move in.
Home is located in Sherwood section.
If no answer leave message on voicemail.
Home owners association requires 3 month minimum rental.
Long term rentals can be negotiated.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The washer and dryer are located in the extended garage. Laundry 
room 
was was converted into a computer room.
All sheets, dishes, etc included with rental.
Tv with cable in living room and master bedroom. Basic phone service 
included.

Activities and Attractions

There are numerous activities at Spruce Creek Country club. There 
are 
three pools, two spa hot tubs, full gym W/exercise classes, nature 
walking trail, community center and much more. There is also  two 
full golf courses with cart rental on site. There is also a 
restaurant on the premises.

Vacation Rental Rates

Dec,Jan $1700.00 month.
Feb, March are $1900.00 month.
April, to September $1200.00 month.
Long term rentals preferred, with different rental rates....
