"Old Florida Charm" style cottage - single family home in quiet
residential neighborhood only 7 minutes slow walk from the beautiful
sugar sands of glorious Clearwater Beach and overlooking access to
Intercoastal for those who love fishing. Simply but comfortably
furnished with 2 bedrooms, King bed in 1 bedroom and Queen bed in
the other. 1 bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen,dining area,spacious
sitting room with Cable TV and DVD player,working fireplace, Florida
room, laundry area with washer & Dryer. There is also a put-u-up bed for a small child.
Fully air conditioned and heated. Large fenced
back yard with deck and extra outside shower. All linen and towels
and beach towels provided, beach chairs too. Close enough to all
amenities, restaurants, marina, library, tennis courts etc. to be
convenient but far away enough to be quiet and restful. Smokers
considered. Gardening service included.

bird retreat for those who love long walks on the beach, fishing and
beautiful sunsets. Pier 60 with its live music and interesting
Evening market is just a short ride away on the Jolley Trolley.
Pets allowed.

Clearwater Beach Island has all amenities for a wonderful Florida
vacation. Marina with deep sea fishing rentals, boat rentals, sunset
and dolphin cruises, jet-ski rental and para-gliding. Restaurants
offering variety of casual and formal dining. Aquarium, boules,
library with internet access. Mini-golf. Theatres in downtown
Clearwater. Tampa, Busch Gardens, Salvador Dali museum all within 40
minutes drive.

Rates: $1900 per month inclusive of utilities. Rates for multiple months to be arranged.

$400 deposit to reserve dates, whole balance payable on arrival. Reservation deposits for longer than 1 month rental will be greater than $400, exact amount to be arranged with owner. Again the whole balance payable on arrival.
$400 refundable damage deposit.
$150 cleaning fee. $250 cleaning fee after a pet stays.
