Vacation Rental Description

North Topsail Beach is a quiet residential island with 26 miles of  
uncrowded sandy beaches offering beautiful sunsets with many  
activities and attractions nearby.  Known for its quiet beaches,  
nearby championship golf courses and excellent fishing, North Topsail  
Beach, North Carolina is an excellent place for a family vacation no  
matter what the season.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Sound-front, beautifully decorated end unit in Bermuda Landing, a 
private community. "Our Feet in the Sand" features 3 bedrooms, 2 full 
baths, and accommodates 6 with 2 bedrooms upstairs (queen size bed in 
each), 1 bedroom downstairs (2 twins), and a sofa bed. There is also a 
fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, separate utility 
area with full size washer & dryer, ceiling fans in every room, 
central heat & A/C. Enjoy the large living room with entertainment 
center, 27" color TV with cable, DVD/CD, and VCR. Wireless internet 
access.  
Front and rear decks with furniture, outside shower.  
Extra color TV with cable, DVD, and VCR in unit. 
Direct ocean access just a short block away.  Spectacular unobstructed 
views of intra-coastal waterway and sound off rear deck. 
Community has private pool with a walkway and gazebo on the sound. 
Beach chairs, umbrellas, floats, childs sand toys, barbecue grill 
provided. No smoking, No Pets in this unit.

Activities and Attractions

Topsail Island has beautiful beaches for you to enjoy. You can relax 
on the beach, hunt for shark teeth, play golf on the nearby 
championship golf course North Shore, miniature golf, swim in the 
pool, enjoy a breath taking sunset from the deck, enjoy a glass of 
wine in the gazebo.  If you desire, Wilmington is very close and has 
many fine restaurants and shopping.  Most of all Topsail Island and 
Bermuda Landing is a family community offering a place to relax and 
unwind and enjoy a vacation.  While visiting the Topsail area, you 
will enjoy some of the most pristine, uncrowded beaches along the east 
coast. The area boasts the greatest simple pleasures life has to 
offer. Here you will witness coastal wildlife flourishing in its 
natural environment. You will also enjoy some of the most beautiful 
sunrises and sunsets found on the North Carolina coast.
