area, 1 bedroom downstairs with a queen sized bed & 2nd bedroom
upstairs with a double bed, a full size bathroom & enclosed porch.

UNIT C

This one story unit features 2 bedrooms including one queen bed and
one set of twin beds, living room with queen sleep sofa, new maple
kitchen, bathroom with shower, and a large enclosed porch.

UNIT D

This rental offers 2 bedrooms furnished with a queen size bed and a
set of twin beds, bathroom with shower, living room with a queen
sleep sofa, a new maple kitchen and an enclosed porch.

UNIT E

A nice 2 story that features 2 bedrooms, one upstairs & one
downstairs, both furnished with queen sized beds, a living room with
a queen sleep sofa, full bath, a washing machine and an enclosed
porch.

Units include a toaster, microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator.

Rye Beach & surrounding areas offer many family oriented Activities:
Golf, Tennis, Shopping, Restaurants, Fishing, Surfing, etc.
Kittery, Maine is just ten miles away, and offers many factory
outlet stores.

There are many fine restaurants and great golf courses in the area.
Beautiful Rye Harbor offers deep-sea fishing, whale-watching, and
excursions to the Isles of Shoales off the coast of Rye.

We offer both Summer and Winter rentals. We welcome up to 6 guests
and do not allow pets or smoking.

now $1,031.25/week and Unit E is $1,050.00/week in June ONLY. Please
email us regarding a September offer.

Summer rentals Units B thru D are available for $1,375.00/week, and
open June to September. Unit E available for $1,400.00/week also
open June to September.

Discounts for are available for full season Rentals.

Winter Season monthly rental (September to May 31) with lease -
