Vacation Rental Description

To see is to believe, this one bedroom one bath condo is more  
spacious and offers more serenity than imaginable. You can either  
open the door and windows, see and hear the waves crashing, feel the  
ocean breeze, or close everything to total quiet. Most opt to  
everything open. Just out the back door you can swim in the heated  
pool or relax in the spa. After all, it is a gated private community  
with a one car enclosed garage. Futon (full size) and daybed/trundle  
in living room and in the bedroom there is a queen size foam bed and  
a daybed/trundle, tv/vcr and queen areo bed in closet. Just  
remodeled, EVERYTHING is new.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Fireplace, TV/DVD, portable CD/tape/radio player (for home or beach), 
Cable, Telephone, full kitchen, microwave, refridgerator, stove,  
cooking utensils, dishes, bath and beach towels, bed linens, washer  
and dryer, recreational room that has pool and card table, dart  
board, fireplace, etc. With extra security deposit we will supply  
darts, pool ques/balls, board games, playing cards and chips, plus  
what it takes to have fun on the beach. First-aid and fire  
extinguishers in unit.

Activities and Attractions

Whale watching, deep sea fishing, sailing lessons, boat-beach-ocean  
toy rentals, private power and sailboat excursions, fantastic  
restaurants, local live entertainment, Channel Islands Harbor Sunday 
Farmers Market that offers crafts, food, locally grown famous  
strawberries, fruits, vegitables. Beverly Hills, Santa Monica,  
Malibu, Getty Center and LAX are all less than 1 hour south. Santa  
Barbara 30 minutes north and Chumash Casino 70 miles north. There are  
vast numbers of well known, and little known Southern California  
tourist/sightseeing/historical attractions within a few hours drive.  
Relax or go for it, we have it all!

Vacation Rental Rates

Off season: Oct 01- Mar 31 .. call for rates 
 
In season:  Apr 01- Sep 30 .. call for rates 
 
$500/Security Refundable Deposit required to reserve your vacation. 
Balance of Security Deposit will be returned in 30 days after  
departure.  Agreement will stipulate fees incurred if damage/loss to  
property occurs.  A 10% Bed Tax applies to all rentals of 30 days.
