person) and is located in the immediate downtown area of Laguna  
Beach. THE LOCATION CANNOT BE BEAT.It is close to everything, yet it  
quiet and private. This property is walking distance to the beach,  
shopping district, entertainment district,restaurants, ice cream  
parlors, art galleries, world famous art festivals, museums, etc.,  
etc.  It is in a quiet area yet conveniently located with an easy 5  
minute walk to the main downtown area.   
 
         CLIENTS HAVE STATED THAT THE PROPERTY IS WONDERFUL  
        AND EVEN BETTER IN PERSON THAN THE PICTURES ILLUSTRATE. 
 
This property has been newly renovated and comes complete with a  
kitchen with full amenities, indoor and outdoor fireplace and washer  
and dryer.  You will love all of the little details including a  
peaceful music selection and CD player in the master bedroom, the  
whitewater view of downtown Laguna's Main Beach, dedicated parking  
space and so much more. The property is appropriate for children and  
pets can be approved. 
 
                 BUT, PETS MUST BE APPROVED.   
 
The main bedroom area has an upgraded queen size bed with upgraded  
linens.  The additional sleeping area is the living area which has a  
trundle/daybed which can act as a sofa during the day and 2 single  
beds at night (or pushed together to be a queen sized bed).  Trundle  
beds feature regular mattresses versus a sofa sleeper combination  
which uses a very thin mattress and is less comfortable for  
sleeping.  
  
Entertain yourselves and friends on the large beautiful wrap around  
deck with panaromic whitewater views.  There are dining tables both  
inside and outside and a barbeque for when you wish to dine in.   
Or if you prefer to dine out, you can walk to any one of the  
fabulous dining establishments that have helped make Laguna Beach  
famous! This property is decorated wonderfully.   
 
    THIS PROPERTY CAN BE COMBINED WITH LISTING #34834 TO ACCOMODATE  
            LARGER GROUPS. BOTH PROPERTIES ARE ON THE SAME LOT.

utensils provided, Gas BBQ, Master suite, Ocean view, Bathtub and  
shower in bathroom.  Local calls and Hi-Speed DSL Internet service  
provided at no charge.  Wireless Internet service also available.

June 13 - Sept 3 ...... $275/night, $1650/week    
Sept 4 - June 12 .... $200/night... $1250/Week... 2000/2 Weeks.... $3300/30 nights 
Sept 4 - June 12 .... $1650 Holiday Weeks 
                $100 non-refundable cleaning fee.  
 
$500 deposit for weekly stays; $300 deposit for less than weekly stay 
 
Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.  
Deposits are non-refundable until your arrival-Upon arrival it  
becomes your security deposit to be returned at checkout upon return  
of property to like condition at check in.

is at 4:00 PM and check out is 10:00 AM, early checkins and late  
checkouts are available per request. No refunds/credits will be  
given for abbreviated/modified occupancy schedules once your stay is  
approved as that time is no longer available to rent based upon the
