one set up as office, large outdoor dining area, 3 baths, 
550sq ft large living room with beautiful marble floors through out the home, a large 
modern kitchen with breakfast area, and 32 feet of continuous glass doors look out to 
water views. 

Water and pool views from kitchen, livingroom and master. 

Sans Souci Estates is a very exclusive community guarded by real on duty police 24/7. 

The large master bedroom has views to the water and pool. Walk in closet and master 
bathroom with beautiful mosaic dark blue tile. 

Tub and toilet secluded from vanity. 

The modern Sans Souci architecture is surrounded by neighboring million dollar mansions. 

It can easily accommodate up to 8 guests comfortably, and one child in the crib. The sofas 
in the living room are 
large enough to sleep 2 extra people. 

Crib is available. 

It is equipped with 42 plasma TV, Direct TV with all the channels, DVD video, stereo, 
Highspeed wireless Internet access. 

It features a beautifully dark tiled swimming pool, dock, barbeque area with counters and 
large outdoor dining area. 

Furnishings are good quality mix of modern and mid century modern, that give a 
comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.

Bay & Canal Views, 10 minutes on boat to Ocean inlet, Pool, Outdoor Parking, 

Marble Floors through out, A/C, fans in all the rooms, Modern Kitchen Appliances. 

Dishes, small appliances, linens ect... all good quality. Fully equipped 

For those musically inclined, a1920's baby grand piano will be 
melodiosly awaiting your arrival. 

Fishing off dock is free but if you want to rent a boat we offer a
20 ft Sea Craft Center Console navy blue boat available upon request 
at a rate of $275 for 6 hrs, taxes and gas included.
