Vacation Rental Rates

Race Weeks (February, July) - $250-$300 per day w/ 4 night minimum.
Bike Week (March) - $250-$300 per day depending on number of guests w/ 7 night minimum

Other dates- $125- $300 per day depending on number of guests. 

Rates do not include 6.5% sales tax and refundable damage deposit.
