The family room features a gas fireplace, 60 inch Sony LCD television with High Definition cable service; DVD player and home theater surround sound. The entertainment system allows you to play music throughout the house and patio area. The house also comes equipped with 802.11g wireless internet access. You won't have to worry about local or long distance charges, all domestic calls are FREE. There are four bedrooms and three full baths in this home. The master includes a stunning Eddie Bauer California king size bed and a flat screen TV which includes a DVD player. The master bath includes granite counter tops and an oversized bathtub that allows you to enjoy an incredible bath after a day on the golf course. The three guest rooms all come with king size beds equipped with TVs and DVD players. The large laundry room has a full size washer and dryer, (Laundry detergent provided). The backyard is an entertainers delight. With a 45 foot pool and an oversized hot tub, you won't ever want to leave this paradise. After cooking an incredible dinner in the chef style kitchen, or on the stainless steel barbecue, you can sip a glass of wine by the fire pit before taking a refreshing dip in the pool. The spa has three waterfalls that cascades into the salt water pebble tech pool. There are plenty of areas to get sun and there is a large covered patio area great for guests who like the outdoors, but not the direct sunlight. This home is brand new and only 5 minutes to downtown Palm Springs or Paseo Drive for great shopping, dining and night life. I personally enjoy this home part of the year and therefore take great pride in its appearance. In order to keep this property much nicer than the typical rental, it's only rented to guests who will treat this home as their own.
