Welcome to Terra Mar Island! This 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home (sleep 6-
8) is set on a quite street in the secluded Terra Mar Island: a
gated neighborhood with only single family homes, surrounded by water
and just a short walk from the beach! You are also conveniently close
to restaurants, shops, nightlife, boating, golf etc.

Walk through the outer gate into the front patio area and you are
entering a private hide-away: an “OASIS” in the city. The fully
tiled patio home a custom built Tiki-bar, a heated Jacuzzi, gas
grill, patio furniture and is enclosed by professionally landscaped
palm trees and tropical plants. Enjoy Florida’s sunny days by
relaxing in the comfortable sun chairs, and entertain with a BBQ and
tropical drinks at night.

The house offers a split floor plan for all three rooms and
therefore the ultimate privacy. It has been beautifully renovated
throughout – nothing has been forgotten! and offers ceramic tile
floors, high wood-ceilings, stainless-steel appliances, and
glassdoor showers among other things. The furniture have been
carefully selected and coordinated with the right colors and
decorations and make the home truly inviting for relaxation. The
outdoor garden is visible in all rooms through the large windows and
glassdoors- giving the house a tropical feel.

Let the children have their vacation too! "The Kids Korner" have
toys, a sand box and other things to keep the children
occupied and entertained.

To quickly get to the beach, please feel free to use the available
bicycles.

All rentals are subject to 11% state sales tax.
Mandatory cleaning fee: $100 per visit.

$500 refundable damage/security deposit is required and will be
refunded after property inspection.
50% deposit is due 30 days before arrival and the balance is due 2
weeks before arrival.
