Vacation Rental Description

Location:  St. Martin, Caribbean (5 minutes from French Capital of 
Marigot and 15 minutes from Princess Juliana International 
Airport).  Accommodations:  2-Bedrooms, 2-Baths, Multi-level 
Townhouse, Sleeps 4-6.  Available in a 1-Bedroom, 1-Bath 
Configuration Sleeps 2-4

Right on the beach!  Beautiful townhouse located on the unspoiled 
French side of St. Martin.  The unit is part of the Nettle Bay Beach 
Club complex.  The Beach Club has 4 swimming pools, 3 tennis courts 
and 24-hour security.  Restaurants are located right on the beach 
and within short walking distance.  The spectacular beaches of Long 
Bay, Bay Rouge, Plum Bay and Cupecoy are all within a 5 minute 
drive.  Marigot, the capital of French St. Martin, has wonderful 
shopping and fabulous restaurants.  Dutch-side nightlife 
entertainment with casinos and nightclubs are a short 10 minute 
drive.      

The unit is completely refurbished with beautiful new furnishings, 
appliances and accessories.  The townhouse consists of 2-bedrooms, 2-
baths (1-bedroom, 1 bath also available) with an ocean front terrace 
and a second story sundeck for private sun bathing.  The fully 
equipped kitchen leads into the dining and living room areas.  Each 
bedroom contains a queen-sized bed.  The lower level bedroom also 
contains a full-sized futon.
