We're centrally located to several Southern California cities and

$500 deposit due at the time reservation is made. Deposit will be
returned within 14 days of departure, less $125-200 cleaning fee
(depends on size of group).

Rental fee is due 45 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations received 30 days or less from the arrival date shall
be subject to a $500 cancellation fee and 50% of the rental fee.

Check-in time is 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
