Vacation Rental Rates

Two beach homes side by side with Rates starting at 99.00/night with 2 night minimum for two people; 
up 
to 
6 people for $140/night.  Good from Oct. 1 thru April 30th. except 
elite weeks spring break & and two weeks at Christmas. Elite weeks 
$125.00 per night.  Rates from May 1 thru September 30 $130.00 per 
night with two night 
stay. 
Weekly Winter rental rates are $700.00 for 2; $850 for 4 to 6.  
$60.00 cleaning fee applies to all rentals.  A $100.00 check for
damage/loss/or extra cleaning fee. Check will remain uncashed and 
will be returned after inspection of property within 10 days if no
damage/loss or heavy cleaning needed.   
Holiday weekends require three night minimum.  
ABSOLUTELY! NO SMOKING IN HOME...

A one night minimum deposit will be required to make the 
reservation. Reservation cannot be confirmed until deposit is received by owner.
There will be a cancellation fee if not cancelled within 30 days 
prior to the date of the reservation. 

We can only book up to 45 days in advance due to the fact that the two beach homes are on the 
market. 
Vacation properties are  booked in advance and the 
property will be held for your use during your trip. When the 
property is being held for you, it obviously cannot be rented to 
someone else. Therefore, like cruise, tour packages and airline 
tickets, when booking/reserving a vacation rental home, you will  
need to make a full or partial payment upfront in order to hold the 
property. BUT if you have to cancel 
your trip (especially at the last minute), you should know that you 
may forfeit a portion or all of your rental fees. Usually the more 
notice that you are able to give, the better chance that the 
property 
can be re-rented and the more likely that you will be able to secure
