Vacation Rental Description

Enjoy a memorable family vacation at Higgins Lake--the world's sixth most beautiful lake according 
to National Geographic!!! This lakehouse, built in 2006, is located on a private setting beneath
towering pines near the North State Park. It is professionally decorated with all the new amenities 
and is spotless!  Your family will absolutely love this wonderful lakehouse any time of the year.  
It is better than home. It is right on the water with perfect views of summer sunsets.

Vacation Rental Amenities

First Floor:  Open Kitchen with island bar. Also has a dishwasher, double sink,microwave,electric 
cooktop,oven,coffee maker, trash compactor, 2 double refrigerators. All dishware and cookware 
furnished.  Dining area has large beautiful table along with a built in wine cooler.  Living room 
features a fieldstone natural wood burning fireplace. Two bedrooms (one with queen bed, one with 2 
queens). Two bathrooms. Family room in the back has pull out sofa. Washer and Dryer.Cable TV and VCR.

Second Floor: Large family room loft area overlooking the lake and downstairs area. Two bedrooms, 
both with 2 queen beds. Bathroom with a shower. All rooms have ceiling fans and recessed lighting.

All linens are furnished and beds fully made. The paved parking/driveway area will accomodate 5 
vehicles.

Activities and Attractions

 Large outside patio has 2 patio tables and chairs,grill, and bonfire. Take a walk down the long 
dock and lounge or swim in the crystal clear water with sandy bottom.

Evergreen Market and Dairy Queen only a short 5 minute walk away. B & B Marina nearby to rent  
boats, jet skiis, tubes,etc. Cross country Ski Headquarters is 1.5 miles away featuring great X-C 
ski trails that also make great summer running,hiking & biking.  The Village of Roscommon is 6 miles 
away where you will find  canoeing on the AuSable River.  Of course superb fishing and 
sight seeing! Premium golf courses nearby.  Absolute perfect location!!! Only 100 miles from the 
Mackinaw Bridge.
