premium selections), complete solid bamboo wood flooring in living and dining rooms and both
bedrooms. There
are new queen beds and new bedroom furniture in both bedrooms. The countertops in the kitchen and
bathrooms are granite, with all new cabinetry. Breakfast bar w/stools and dining room table which
seats four.
The master bedroom and living room overlook the beautiful waterways. The condo is newly furnished
and all of
the essential everyday amenities are included. Reserved and guest parking avaiable.
Activities and Attractions
Enjoy the beach minutes away, fishing from the Pompano Beach Pier,
dining at waterfront restaurants, local drinking establishments
including Briny's Irish pub, and plenty of local shopping centers
and malls. Pompano Racetrack and newly renovated casino are 5
minutes away. Enjoy a stroll down Las Olas or Riverwalk or catch a
professional hockey, basketball, baseball, or football game
depending on your time of travel. Play a round of golf at one of
the many beautiful golf courses this area has to offer. You can
choose from a variety of upcoming events including the Ft.

Vacation Rental Rates
Monthly Rates and Specials are as follows: May thru Sertember $1200
for the month, weekly $500; November "Thanksgiving Special" $1800
for the month, $900 weekly, and December thru April $2700 monthly.
There are nightly and weekend rates available if not reserved. Make

holidays: Ft. Lauderdale Boat Show 10/21 - 10/28/08, Thanksgiving
week 11/18 - 11/25/08, December Pompano Beach Holiday Boat Parade,
