Our Vacation Rental is located in the Beautiful Roan Mountain Area
Of Tennessee. The Lazy Bear Lodge is just 2 1/2 hours from
Charlotte and Winston-Salem, 1 1/2 hours from Asheville and 35
Minutes from Bristol and The Motor Speedway. The Cabin is just 3.5
Miles over the Tennessee/North Carolina Border.

You can go Rafting in Erwin, Fish at Nearby Watauga Lake or go
Hiking Along the Appalachian Trail just 0.6 Miles from the Cabin.
Horseback Riding In Nearby Banner Elk For Spectacular Views of Sugar,
Beech and Grandfather Mtns. Golfing is Available in both States with
Mountain Glen in North Carolina and Elizabethton Golf Course in
Tennessee. South you can Visit Linville Caverns, Linville Falls and
Gorge, and when The Time Is Right Ski Sugar Mountain and Beech
Mountain in Banner Elk.
Visit Grandfather Mountain with its Mile High Swinging Footbridge and
Zoo. Have some Family Fun at the Tweetsie Railroad located between
Boone and Blowing Rock. You can Mine Stones at Gem Mountain in
Spruce Pine. Nearby, Elk Park has a beautiful 75 foot Waterfall you
Won't want to miss. Both Elk Park and Banner Elk offer a variety of
Antique and Gift Shops. The Scenic Views Are Breathtaking on a Drive

No Less Than a 3 night reservation

Race Weeks, Require a Weekly Rental Rate.
A Signed rental agreement with a 50% Deposit will guarantee your
Rental Date.
Deposit is refundable up to 30 Days prior to your Rental start date.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
No Housekeeping is provided during your stay.

No Smoking Indoors.  (Smoking Permitted on Decks.)                                                                     Pets Allowed Inquire.  Pet Deposit Required.  Small Pets Preferred.                                          Overnight Occupancy is Limited to 6 Guests.
