Our spacious air conditioned villa is beautifully furnished and
decorated with two bedrooms (MBR King, GBR Full, pull-out couch
double), two oversized full bathrooms, two large private balconies
(one outdoor and one enclosed), fully equipped kitchen with all new
appliances, dishwasher, washer/dryer ect. All crockery, cutlery,
linens, towels, and utilites are included. Bi-weekly housekeeping,
cable tv, local phone, high-speed internet, stereo, private
underground parking, as well as security system are included. The
property is provided with a night time security guard and onsight
management. Initial grocery shopping service can be arranged.

The new government built Boardwalk allows you to jog, walk, and explore on the sea.  It links the Hilton beach with Rockley Beach.  It is about 2 miles of beautiful sceanery and is located right outside the door.

Rates vary on length of time, amount of guests, and time of year.
Winter Season- Which is December 15 through April 15 would be priced
for two to four guests at $165-$250/night or $1,155-$1,750 per week
(7 night minimum.)
Summer Season- Which is April 15 through December 14 would be $150-
$200 per night (3 day minimum).
Week of (US) Easter & Thanksgiving at Winter Rates.
A Deposit of 25% is required within 10 days.
Full payment due 60 days in advance for Winter, 45 in Summer.
